TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS

Mahomet-Seymour CUSD #3 has partnered with Parchment, a leader in e-Transcript exchange, to send high school transcripts electronically, securely and confidentially. The service is available online, 24 hours a day and seven days a week.

Current students will receive a Parchment account registration code from Mrs. Shore in order to setup their Parchment account. Parchment will be updated at the end of each semester with the most current transcript information.

Students and alumni simply request a transcript and designate the academic institution, organization or individual that they would like to receive it. Parchment users will be notified when their transcript request is complete. Users can also track the status of their request or view a saved copy of their transcript.

CURRENT STUDENTS

Official Transcripts will be sent electronically for free for all current students.  An unofficial copy of your transcript can be requested when you add Mahomet-Seymour High School to your Parchment account.

• The transcript will be available for you to view, print, download and share online.
• It cannot be used as an official transcript. 

The unofficial transcript does not update automatically when new grades come in.
You can request that your school updates it by following the instructions below.

1. Sign in and you should see the transcript. However, if you have any outstanding orders with your high school, it will say Pending here. 
2. Click the image of the available transcript to view it (or click Pending).
• Click the print icon on the top right to print it.
• Click the download icon on the top right to download it.
• Click Update at the bottom of the screen to send a request to your school to upload your latest transcript, which will replace this one.
• Click Send to place an order to send your official transcript somewhere. This takes you to the ordering screen.

Mahomet-Seymour graduates will be considered Alumni after August 1.

ALUMNI

Alumni will pay $3.15 for each electronic transcript. An additional $2.25 handling fee will be charged for hard copy paper transcripts.

**105 ILCS 10/1) Illinois School Student Records Act -- All rights and privileges accorded to a parent under this Act shall become exclusively those of the student upon his/her 18th birthday, graduation from secondary school, marriage or entry into military service, whichever occurs first.
